Your body is not the enemy.
Too often, our approach to healing looks more like "fixing" - identifying a problem, researching a solution, and implementing top-down change through sheer force of will. But trauma isn't a problem that needs fixing; it's our body attempting to communicate, the only way it knows how.
Built over a decade of training in trauma-informed health education, as well as years of experience as a yoga instructor and social-emotional wellness coach, this unique program goes way beyond rote memorization and affirming platitudes to help you re-learn the language of your own embodied wisdom.
Instead, you'll get the information, skills-building, and ongoing support you need to establish a your own personal embodied pleasure practice - one you'll sustain effortlessly because you've tailored it to your own specific needs. Suitable for self-healers and professionals alike, this is a psychoeducation program designed to get you out of your head - and into your body.
